How do I check my points balance?
Click on the "Collect ViraPoints" icon at the bottom left of the website. You can also check your points balance when you log in to your account.
I made a purchase but didn’t get points—what should I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours for points to appear in your account. If they’re still missing, contact our support team with your order number.
Can I transfer or combine points across accounts?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
I created an account after placing a few orders. Will I still earn points for my previous purchases?
Yes! As long as you used the same email address at checkout, your points from previous orders will be automatically added once you create your rewards account. Just log in using that email and your points will be waiting for you!
